Shipping policy

We are not responsible for delays caused by domestic holidays, bad weather, incorrect addresses, or any delays caused by the third-party shipping company.


ORDERS WITH FREE SHIPPING:

These will be pre orders please allow 2-4 business days to be shipped out immediately, As soon as I receive the Bulk Package from my Manufacture. 

 

Please note, once we ship your package we are not held responsible for UPS/USPS deliveries, any delivery issues with UPS/USPS must be handled with UPS/USPS because we are not a shipping carrier. If a package is lost under the shipping carrier, they are responsible for claim & locating packages. 

Once we receive your order please allow 24 to 48 hours for payment processing (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays). All orders are subject to processing time unless otherwise stated in the product description. Payment processing time is separate from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination, once it has been fulfilled.

We ship orders through third party carriers such as USPS, FEDEX & UPS. To ensure your package arrives in the advertised time, please make sure your address is entered correctly and includes all required and relevant information. Correct street numbers, abbreviations, buildings, and apartment numbers is very critical for ensuring timely deliveries. SeekFaith is not responsible for lost, stolen, incorrect address, or misplaced packages.

If you do not accept your package, and it is returned to the sender, you must cover Reshipping fees to have the package returned to you with the shipping courier of your choice.
